TERMS OF USE
- Check-in & Check-out:
- Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM IST
- Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM IST
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
- Late check-out penalty: Rs. 1000/- per hour will be applicable.
- Cancellation, No-Show, & Amendment Policy:
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the arrival date will not incur charges.
- Cancellations beyond this period will be subject to a one-night retention charge.
- No-show bookings will be charged for one night.
- In the absence of a specific reservation policy, standard hotel industry policies apply.
- An advance payment of 50% is required for a confirmed booking.
- The advance amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
- Children & Extra Charges:
- Children below 8 years stay free (accommodation only).
- Children up to 5 years stay free (cribs subject to availability).
- Additional charges apply for children between 5 and 12 years.
- Children 13 years and above are charged as per extra adult rates.
- Guest Identification:
- Every guest above 18 years must provide a valid photo ID at check-in.
- Accepted IDs: Aadhaar Card, Driver’s License, Voter ID, Passport (Indian or International).
- PAN cards are not accepted as identification.
- Room Charges & Services:
- The booking amount excludes charges for room service and telephone calls for breakfast.
- Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms.
- Breakfast timing: 08:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
- Breakfast in the room will be charged extra.
- Smoking is not allowed in the room.
- Outside food is not allowed on hotel premises.
- Right to Admission & Liability:
- The hotel reserves the right of admission.
- Guests must adhere to safety, security, and hygiene guidelines.
- The hotel is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or misplaced.
- Guests must take good care of their belongings.
- The management will not be responsible for any losses or damages incurred.
- Any damage & loss will be subject to a fine.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Bookings canceled 48 hours before are subject to a one-day room rent charge.
- Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after deduction of cancellation charges and applicable taxes.
- Refunds will be credited via the same payment mode used for the booking.
- The bill must be settled at the time of check-in.

- Payment Methods:
- Payments can be made via, credit card, Debit cards UPI, payment gateway.
- A pre-authorization will be taken on your credit card at check-in for the total stay.
- Taxes & Rate Adjustments:
- Government taxes as applicable.
- Taxes are applicable at the time of reservation.
- Extension of stay will be subject to current rates.
- Special rates & offers may be non-refundable or non-changeable.
- Guest Conduct:
- The hotel reserves the right to evict guests for inappropriate conduct, security reasons, or non-adherence to policies.
- Gatherings or parties in guest rooms are strictly prohibited.
STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
- General Policies:
- Food & beverages from outside the hotel are not allowed.
- The hotel is not liable for food shelf life after events or outside consumption.
- Any damage to hotel assets (movable or immovable) will be chargeable.
- Security & Valuables:
- Guests are encouraged to use the safe deposit box in the in-room for valuables.
- The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Vehicles parked at the hotel are at the owner’s risk.
- Valet parking is provided at the guest’s own risk.
- Lost & Found:
- Lost items will be stored for three months before disposal or donation.
- Guests must provide valid identification to claim lost property.
- Force Majeure:
- The hotel is not liable for financial losses, travel delays, injuries, or inconvenience caused by unforeseen events such as:
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Natural disasters
- Civil disturbances
- Government actions

- Modifications & Indemnification:
- The hotel reserves the right to change these terms & conditions at any time.
